MAN2C1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,177 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, KANK2, and UACA. Each is linked with MAN2C1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN2C1 versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
