MAN2C1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2C1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPM, CDKN3, and MYBL2. Each is linked with MAN2C1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN2C1 versus ASPM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
