Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN2C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,172 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLG, ULK3, and TAF1C. Each is linked with MAN2C1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2C1 results are reported.
