Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN2C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,844 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, DNA replication proofreading, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with MAN2C1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2C1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2C1 results are reported.
