Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAN2A2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAN2A2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher MAN2A2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAN2A2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MAN2A2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
