Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,532 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF184_S122, ZNF592, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with MAN2A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2A2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2A2 results are reported.
