MAN2A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 915 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR42, OR10W1, and RAD51C. Each is linked with MAN2A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2A2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
