MAN1A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN1A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,175 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRAM1, ARAP1, and RNPEP. Each is linked with MAN1A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1A2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
