MAN1A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN1A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,705 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, TNNT1, and TCF23. Each is linked with MAN1A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1A2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
