Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAN1A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,235 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERAD pathway, Endosomal transport, and Golgi apparatus N-glycan mannose trimming. Each is linked with MAN1A2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1A2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1A2 results are reported.
