Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAMLD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 742 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-31, SNORD114-20, and RNU6-1035P. Each is linked with MAMLD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMLD1-to-partner and partner-to-MAMLD1 results are reported.
