MAMLD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAMLD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P7, ATP6V0E1P3, and TMED2-DT. Each is linked with MAMLD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMLD1-to-partner and partner-to-MAMLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P7 grouped by MAMLD1-low versus MAMLD1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAMLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAMLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
