MAML3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,257 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRBA, CIPC, and DCP1A. Each is linked with MAML3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML3-to-partner and partner-to-MAML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
