MAML3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,567 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAML3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN1, FAM172A, and KPNA2. Each is linked with MAML3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML3-to-partner and partner-to-MAML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
