MAML3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAML3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 233 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAML3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMPRSS12, KRTAP3-1, and AVP. Each is linked with MAML3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML3-to-partner and partner-to-MAML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
