Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAML2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAML2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MAML2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAML2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, BRCA, and OV are the cancer types where MAML2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
