MAML2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,381 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAML2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, RAB3D, and MAML2_S482. Each is linked with MAML2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML2-to-partner and partner-to-MAML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
