Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,828 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, CDC20, and CDCA8. Each is linked with MAML2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML2-to-partner and partner-to-MAML2 results are reported.
