Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PANK4, HSPA4L, and ATPAF2. Each is linked with MAML2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML2-to-partner and partner-to-MAML2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
