Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,473 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAML1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPM1, NONO, and RBM22. Each is linked with MAML1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML1-to-partner and partner-to-MAML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAML1 versus NPM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
