The most reproducible MAML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF354C, DIO3OS, and NUAK1. Each is linked with MAML1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML1-to-partner and partner-to-MAML1 results are reported.
