Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAML1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Rictor_pT1135, and Bak. Each is linked with MAML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML1-to-partner and partner-to-MAML1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by MAML1-low versus MAML1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
