Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, PZP, and C12orf65. Each is linked with MAML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAML1-to-partner and partner-to-MAML1 results are reported.
