MAMDC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAMDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,593 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMDC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4, MSANTD3_S274, and BRD3_S563. Each is linked with MAMDC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMDC4-to-partner and partner-to-MAMDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAMDC4 versus GTF3C4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAMDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAMDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
