MAMDC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAMDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with MAMDC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMDC4-to-partner and partner-to-MAMDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MAMDC4-low versus MAMDC4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAMDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAMDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
