Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAMDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,775 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMDC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with MAMDC4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMDC4-to-partner and partner-to-MAMDC4 results are reported.
