MAMDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAMDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCND1, MX2, and HSPE1P1. Each is linked with MAMDC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMDC2-to-partner and partner-to-MAMDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCND1 grouped by MAMDC2-low versus MAMDC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAMDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAMDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
