MAMDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAMDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,494 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PREP, NYNRIN, and ZNF865. Each is linked with MAMDC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMDC2-to-partner and partner-to-MAMDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PREP grouped by MAMDC2-low versus MAMDC2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAMDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAMDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
