Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAMDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAMDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGI-6780, Bromosporine, and Eg5_9814. Each is linked with MAMDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAMDC2-to-partner and partner-to-MAMDC2 results are reported.
