Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAMDC2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAMDC2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MAMDC2-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAMDC2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LIHC show a favorable association.

UCS, LGG, and LIHC are the cancer types where MAMDC2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
