MALT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,716 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, SUCLG2, and TXNL1. Each is linked with MALT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALT1-to-partner and partner-to-MALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MALT1 versus SMAD4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
