Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,619 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL37P1, SERPINB8, and ALPK2. Each is linked with MALT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALT1-to-partner and partner-to-MALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MALT1 versus MRPL37P1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
