Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with MALT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALT1-to-partner and partner-to-MALT1 results are reported.
