MALT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALLC, SLCO1C1, and ECE2. Each is linked with MALT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALT1-to-partner and partner-to-MALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALLC grouped by MALT1-low versus MALT1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
