MALSU1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALSU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,071 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALSU1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BZW2, PUS7, and FOXK1. Each is linked with MALSU1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALSU1-to-partner and partner-to-MALSU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MALSU1 versus BZW2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALSU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALSU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
