Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALSU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MALSU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, CPED1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with MALSU1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALSU1-to-partner and partner-to-MALSU1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MALSU1 versus SEPTIN4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALSU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALSU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
