MALSU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALSU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALSU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL278P, OR5M14P, and TRMT112P1. Each is linked with MALSU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALSU1-to-partner and partner-to-MALSU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL278P grouped by MALSU1-low versus MALSU1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALSU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALSU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
