Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALSU1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALSU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes and Plasma cells. Each is linked with MALSU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALSU1-to-partner and partner-to-MALSU1 results are reported.
