MALAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MALAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,810 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MALAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TET2_S99, CCNB1, and DNAJB11. Each is linked with MALAT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MALAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MALAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MALAT1 versus TET2_S99 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MALAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MALAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
