Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,120 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELMO1, LHPP, and S100A1. Each is linked with MAL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAL-to-partner and partner-to-MAL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAL versus ELMO1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
