Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02380, MIR8075, and RNU6-520P. Each is linked with MAL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAL-to-partner and partner-to-MAL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02380 grouped by MAL-low versus MAL-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
