MAK16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAK16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,579 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAK16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNOT7, PPP2R2A, and TRIM35. Each is linked with MAK16 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK16-to-partner and partner-to-MAK16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAK16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAK16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
