MAK16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAK16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,868 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAK16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PBK, CCAR2, and PPP2CB. Each is linked with MAK16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK16-to-partner and partner-to-MAK16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAK16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAK16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
