Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAK16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,718 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAK16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, Maturation of LSU-rRNA, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with MAK16 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK16-to-partner and partner-to-MAK16 results are reported.
