MAJIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAJIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAJIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9Q2, RNASEH2A, and KXD1. Each is linked with MAJIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAJIN-to-partner and partner-to-MAJIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9Q2 grouped by MAJIN-low versus MAJIN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAJIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAJIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
