MAJIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAJIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 676 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAJIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, Meiotic telomere clustering, and Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope. Each is linked with MAJIN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAJIN-to-partner and partner-to-MAJIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Meiotic telomere tethering at nuclear periphery grouped by MAJIN-low versus MAJIN-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAJIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAJIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
