MAIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,512 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORC5, PPP4R2, and NCL. Each is linked with MAIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAIP1 versus ORC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
