MAIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,168 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, CNRIP1, and PDE1B. Each is linked with MAIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAIP1 versus IFFO1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
