MAIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL174P, RN7SL376P, and LINC02164. Each is linked with MAIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL174P grouped by MAIP1-low versus MAIP1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
