MAGT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGBP1, ARMCX3, and ATP7A. Each is linked with MAGT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-MAGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAGT1 versus IGBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
